A sustainable future

“Concentrate on your customers not on your profit margins”

With 2022 truly upon us, it’s time to reflect on the previous year and the continued economic effects of coronavirus on small business owners like us.

An inclusive future

Keeping positive vibes the theme for this year, I’ve decided that through my upcoming blogs, I’ll be sharing my vision for the future, including how to survive covid19 if you are a small business owner and how bigger businesses should become more ethical and harmonious within their surrounding communities.
I believe every small to medium size enterprise should have a ‘give back to society’ element, and how businesses should play a more active role in welcoming ex-offenders and youth looking to reform their lives by mentoring them and offering them opportunities to get back into the workplace.

The secret to success

I’ll also be sharing my secrets of how to run a successful business without having to rent out expensive office space or sacrificing your life for the soul of your business. Focusing instead on empowering people to work more flexible hours, with options to work from home, on the field, in a professional environment (or even on a bus for that matter)!

Business opportunities can be found everywhere I Image from Snog

An important part of any business is its staff and a company’s boss is only as good as their team. Therefore I’ll be sharing what I look for in people when hiring and how important it is to have a good balance of male to female ratio, and more importantly how to create opportunities within your business for greater inclusion for people from the bame and lgbt communities and those with learning or physical disabilities.

Until the next edition of my blog, I wish you all good health and well-being and a safe 2022!
