From our family to yours
Our property investment journey began over 40 years ago in the late 70’s, when the Khawaja family purchased its first property in Slough Berkshire. In 1983, the family purchased its second property in Tooting, South West London, which eventually became the family’s home and has been in the family for the past three generations. It’s a place where we’ve built lasting memories and looking forward to creating many more (with the grandkids).
We’re extremely proud of what we have accomplished over the past many years and the seeds sown by the family over four decades ago are today baring their fruit.

Today, the family started enterprise is now overseen and managed by Zeshan Khawaja. Under his leadership, the company has further diversified with acquisitions across all sectors. In the next 5 years, our ambitious growth plans involve expanding our portfolio in all the major cities of the UK with a mix of residential and commercial properties.
